I felt the same a decade ago when I have left my job as a policy administrator and pivot into the world of digital marketing and tech at Google. I paid for a $3,000 digital marketing course to learn the basics from ground up, hoping to become an expert after the course.

Attending bootcamps or MBAs used to be really helpful in the traditional world of business for knowledge and connections, but it has become less relevant these days with the rise of AI. With AI agents and no code tools, everyone can become a business owner with low learning cost, as long as you have the courage and the right mindset.

And I want to be there for you.

Over the past 10 years, I was at Google working with over 1,000 companies to grow their digital marketing footprints. From start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, I have worked with founders, marketing managers and agencies in all industries and all regions. My expertise include digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital transformation, app development, international growth and localisation, strategic partnerships etc.

I am particularly interested in working with aspiring founders and entrepreneurs. I launched the Google for Startups program in Hong Kong and have worked with VCs and incubators in the region. At the same time, I have been mentoring for Google for Startups, Techstars, etc.

Career Development

I graduate with a business degree and over the past years, I have worked across different industries including political, business & marketing, tech, and now design. I have taken on both roles as people manager but also individual contributors, and I have worked across different continents. More than that, I have experienced burnouts and mental health breakdowns in my career. I have benefitted a lot from career coaching and I am happy to share my journeys with you.

My communication style is direct and transparent. Instead of focusing on the best practices & hacks (which you can find in my low cost playbooks), I am more interested in your "why" because I believe that's the motivation to every success.
